2. Music, books and copyright

All songs, recordings, lyrics, artwork, book text and other content on this site are original works owned by or licensed to Port Jackson Group. They are protected by copyright. The song previews on this site are short excerpts for listening only.

3. What you can do with a purchased album

When you buy a digital album you receive a personal licence to download it and listen to it on your own devices. You may play it at your own private events, including your wedding. You may not resell, share, upload, broadcast or distribute the files, or use them in any commercial work (including advertising, film, video or streaming content), without our written permission. Ask us — we're happy to talk about licensing.

4. Buying albums

Digital albums are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller and handles payment, tax and receipts. Lemon Squeezy's own checkout terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Your download links are emailed to you after purchase.

5. Buying books

Evelyn Marlowe's books are sold on Amazon. When you follow a "Buy on Amazon" link, your purchase is with Amazon and Amazon's terms and policies apply.

6. Other sites

Some links take you to sites we don't control, such as Amazon, Lemon Squeezy, Paper & Promise and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Fiction

Evelyn Marlowe's novels and the story behind the albums are works of fiction, some inspired by real experiences. Names, places and events have been changed or invented.

8. Your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. See our refund policy.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and apart from the consumer guarantees above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
