We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Mailing list: your email address, if you join Evelyn's mailing list.
- Album purchases: your name, email address and order details, passed to us by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or phone.
- Technical data: our host records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
Book purchases happen on Amazon. Amazon does not share your personal details with us.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, send the mailing-list letters you signed up for, and keep the site working. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Leaving the mailing list
Reply to any letter or email portjacksongroup@gmail.com and we'll remove you.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers that may store information outside Australia, mainly in the United States: Netlify (website hosting and mailing-list form), Lemon Squeezy and its payment processors (album checkout), Google (email and web fonts) and Amazon (books). They handle information under their own privacy policies.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep purchase records only as long as we need them, including for tax purposes.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing portjacksongroup@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
